Graduate development programme accredited by IMechEng

We are delighted to announce that the Institution of Mechanical Engineers has accredited our graduate development programme as part of their Monitored Professional Development Scheme (MPDS).

This means that our mechanical engineers will now follow an Engineering Council approved, structured development framework which progresses them rapidly to full professional accreditation.

It allows us to broaden our recruitment and boosts retention of high quality staff, and will help us to identify high-achievers early on in their careers.
