In previous issues of News42, we explained how lean thinking is not just for manufacturing goods — it can inform our view of the product development process.
In a follow-up article, we showed that lean thinking also provides insights into solving difficult problems. By improving our understanding of the root causes of system behaviour, we can make better decision about how to solve the problem.
We now pull these previous thoughts together to apply lean thinking to the end-to-end development process.
